1. Service Agreement

NovaFix provides electronic repair services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. By submitting your device for repair, you agree to allow our technicians to perform the required services as discussed.

2. Warranty Policy

Repairs performed by NovaFix come with a 6-month limited warranty covering parts and service-related issues. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized third-party repairs. (Refer to our Warranty Policy for details.)

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Backup your personal data before submitting devices for repair.
  • Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and other accessories.
  • Provide accurate information about device issues.

4. Payment Terms

Payments must be made in full upon completion of service. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden charges. Estimates may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair.

5. Limitation of Liability

NovaFix shall not be held responsible for data loss, pre-existing issues, or further damage resulting from mishandling after repair. Customers are advised to handle devices carefully after service.

6. Policy Changes

NovaFix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
